We interrupt this strip for a brief cataclysm…

Over the weekend my computer died and no amount of Phoenix Down’s has been able to revive it. I bravely ventured through Bushwick to my neighborhood $1 store where I picked up a few post-it notes and (thanks to my scanner at work and the website pixlr.com) was able to finish off the story of Gravelbeard’s Birthday in glorious lo-fi. Unfortunately though, I don’t know when I’ll be getting my computer battle ready again, so I can’t promise any fancy colored Dragon Burgers for quite some time.

I suppose this was a bit of a happy accident. With my busy improv schedule, I’ve been trying to keep Dragon Burger a priority, but it’s been hard since it’s such a long process for each strip. Being forced to do the strip so minimally over the weekend though, I was able to bang out three in no time at all! My original goal for the strip was to do 100 - and since I hate to scrap these 76 remaining scripts I’ve got waiting to be drawn - I’m gonna keep moving forward with the post-it note style. So DB is going to be a little less flashy than it has been. But, as long as people keep showing up for high quality burgers. I’ll keep cooking ‘em up!
